When the card expires, the balance cash available on the card will be forfeited and it will show zero balance. To prevent your card from expiring, ensure that you use your card at least once in six months.

Q. How do I accumulate reward points?

In order to accumulate reward points on your card, you need to present it to the store in-charge at the time of settling the bill. You earn 5 % rewards on the sub-total amount (bill amount excluding taxes & applicable service tax) of your bill.

Q. How do I redeem the reward points?

You must register the Card to redeem your reward points. You can redeem your rewards like cash and indulge in your favourite products from the menu. You need to present the Card to the server at the time of payment of the bill and the rewards points available on the Card will be adjusted against the bill amount. You can register your card in any of the below mentioned ways:-

1. SMS: You can register your card by sending a registration request through sms from your mobile phone. Sms- BL REG “your 14 digit card number” to 575758. You will receive a welcome message on your registered mobile phone after which you can start using your card for earning and redeeming points.

2. Online: You can register your card online by visiting us at www.lavazza.co.in and selecting Barista Lavazza homepage for online registration. You will receive a welcome message on your registered email ID, after which you can start using your card for earning and redeeming points.
