Suggestions, complaints, kind words or secret coffee recipes stolen from the Cuban Armed Forces, here's your chance to share them all with us. We would love to hear what you have to say. Every morning we read out the stuff entered into these forms. If it's something we can personally handle, we get to it pronto. Else we send it to a higher level - no not God, our head office. The person in charge there will take care of it right away, because if he doesn't, we use extreme measures - we deny him coffee for a week.
