With a passion for Food and Beverages, I along with my two childhood friends, Mandeep and Jaspreet, started my journey with Barista in the year 2011. It has been a pleasurable journey with financial and social gains. Like all journeys, this one also had its highs and lows, but together as Partners we overcame the tough times, especially the Covid phase, took our learnings, and defined the growth path. Over the years our key learnings have been that a Good location, a Vibrant clean store, Good Coffee, continuously evolving Good Food, a trained team delivering a WOW experience to all the guests who are walking into the store and actively involved Franchisee Owner's inputs make a winning combination, which is destined for success. And with these learnings, we have grown from a single store to five stores and are looking to open more. With our dedicated efforts as a team, we have made Barista a preferred Coffee Shop for people in Jammu. Over time the above-mentioned core components have remained unchanged and relevant. With the new fresh look stores, now developed Supply Chain 6 actively involved Operations team, we see Barista overpowering the competition. First of all, I would like to thank Barista coffee company for giving me this opportunity, I have a very long story with Barista and was always a fan of coffee, my story begins in the year 2014 when I went to the city center mall Kolkata with one of my friends he wished to have cold coffee and we decided to visit the cafe (Barista) where I ordered barista blast and I fell in love with it, I still carry the pic with me as I belong to a business family I always wanted to be an entrepreneur so after my masters started looking to start something of my own where I decided to get myself involve in franchisee business. One day I started to search for Barista and got to know that barista offers franchisee, it’s then I opted to take up Barista Franchise and after a few days got a response from the barista, they were very happy that someone from the northeast is interested in barista but of course, there are many norms of the company so they visited us and I showed them the location and finally they agreed, We also had a training of 1 month at Kolkata Park street which was very helpful, So after a year-long finally on 15th May 2019 Barista Guwahati city center is operational I am very thankful to the company, Rajat sir and Ritesh da for keeping the trust in me.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, after having a very satisfying and enriching professional journey of over 25 years in various multinationals in leadership and top management global positions, she is currently following her passion and dream of being an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector. She brings immense experience in business strategy, vision, innovation, and value creation. In the last four years of her Food and Beverages experience, she has been instrumental in operational process excellence, food innovation, and growth strategy.

From a man who was just a coffee enthusiast and aimed to own a cafe some day, he is now the Master Franchisee for Patna and also is the Franchisee Owner of the newly opened Café at Lulu Mall in Lucknow. His love for Coffee drove him to Barista and eventually he became an integral part of our Franchisee Ecosystem. He started his journey with a FOFO cafe at Gandhi Maidan, Patna with a seating capacity of ten chairs. At that time he was just fulfilling a small dream but never knew a dream will be convert into passion. Soon after running the café successfully, he was awarded the Master Franchisee of Patna, Bihar. Then he opened his second café at Patliputra, Patna . Seeing his hard work, dedication and passion to succeed, the Company has awarded him in the past with “Most Engaged Partner of Barista” and “Franchisee of the Year Barista” titles. Not only he has been recognised by the Company but he also has been a recipient of other reputed awards of the industry- Excellence in Business Award, The Times Business award for two consecutive years 2020 and 2021 and FSSAI Hygiene five star rating award. He now proudly and successfully manages two cafes of his own and four Sub franchisee stores in Patna. He has recently added a beautiful store at Lulu Mall in Lucknow. Three more stores are in the pipeline at Patna- one at City Centre Mall , second at Gravity Mall and third will be a sub Franchisee store.
